This extraordinary red wine is made by Master of Wine, Norrel Robertson, along with local expert Ignacio Gonzalez. The name was inspired by the exceptionally hot vintage conditions usual in Extremadura and the label features a friendly face from Guy's boyhood - his Jack Russell terrier.
